Starting as a research analyst for a real estate firm, Shon tracked, analyzed, and wrote leading reports on the real estate industry for two years before going into a lead acquisitions role for TRANSLINK. For 3 years, Shon was the sole acquisitions specialist for TRANSLINK’S investment properties portfolio. He was responsible for acquiring and managing over 300M dollars of real estate. He is well versed in all asset classes and is an expert negotiator with an extensive track record to prove it. Shon is among the top producing agents at his brokerage and is the recipient of the presidents and chairman’s award for his outstanding sales achievements. In 2021, Shon was the Rookie of the Year out of 1300 hardworking agents at Royal Pacific Realty (6 offices) for highest production of sales. The approach he takes is multi-faceted and highly unique. Every step of the process is quality controlled by Shon himself unlike other teams.
